In the romantic old town of Verezzi (Western Liguria), one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, in the hamlet Roccaro, convenient to beaches, climbing cliffs and inside paths of Liguria, in a portion of an historic villa perfectly restored and with stunning 180 degrees view of the bay and the island Gallinara, we rent apartment of about 80sqm, 4 beds, distributed as follows: entrance hall, kitchen (to share with the owner in the winter time), master bedroom with balcony (room A, see pictures 2 to 12), bedroom with French bed (120cm) (room B, see pictures 13 to 17), one bathroom with bathtub, laundry room, large porch. All rooms have a wonderful view of the sea. Immersed in the silence and in a lush countryside, the accommodation is furnished with rare antiques and has indipendent heating.
You will be in a totally motor free area: the house is not reachable with cars or motorcycles. The closest parking is 150-200m from the entrance door. We provide all the necessary utensils (kitchen, towels, sheets) for 4 people.
Towels and sheets are provided.
The owner shares the kitchen in the wintertime.
A shared dining area is provided also in a stunning “loggia” overlooking the sea.
We do not charge for access to the internet. The strenght and the quality of the signal are good for the most frequent uses and the (non guaranteed) speed is 10Mbit/sec.
The washing machine is available for your laundry. The terrace above the loggia can be used as drying area as well as sun bathing.
We have a small collection of books and movies available in the main room: we will greatly appreciate your contribution of any books or magazines that you have finished reading to increase our collection. Many photographies and collages and work of art are hanged on the walls and might be for sell: please ask if you find something that tickles your taste.
Do not worry about the lack of air conditioning: the walls of the house are thick and made ​​of stone: the internal temperature is always fresh.
Verezzi is connected with Borgio with daily buses. There is a path going downhill and one can reach the beach in 24 minutes walk. In Borgio you can rent bikes and scooters.
The pictures show the stunning view on the sea, the town is one of the best in Italy and I’ll do my best for making your visit a success!
